We hope you love your MERMODI swimwear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
  • Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume or any marks.
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or do not meet the above conditions.

Returns & Size Exchanges

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply email us at mermodiswim@gmail.com or send us a message via our social media channels, and we’ll be happy to arrange your return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item to us. Once we have received and approved your return, we’ll send your exchanged item back to you free of charge (subject to availability).

Faulty Items

Every MERMODI piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
